We take your job post and role requirements and match it to the stored profiles of our talent-base. That means that when the perfect candidate for your role signs up, JobsJet connects you. JobsJet matches on work type, hours, skills needed, pay rate and the distance talent are willing to travel.
If you match with a prospective employee, we’ll notify you both and facilitate open 2-way engagement, even letting them make the first move if you don’t - just in case you’re busy or you might have missed that golden opportunity. JobsJet then lets you place a call, chat and even make video calls with Skype and WhatsApp to candidates to make sure you both match and are compatible.
